Intro

When we first set up our catering company, we were intent on capturing the essence of a sophisticated dinner party for all our events. We spent the early years searching for one definitive style that would fit every occasion. This turned out to be an elusive goal, as rules were (and continue to be) as varied as the hosts we met.

What we did prove is that catering for large numbers does not have to mean mass produced fare. The ambience and polish of a private dinner party can be recreated outside the home with any number of guests. A discerning host or hostess can know with certainty that their personal taste will permeate the experience.

From our first introduction we are committed to every small detail. As caterers we truly understand that though food is fundamentally our focus, it is as important to pay attention to all the elements of what makes for a memorable occasion. Seating plans, room layouts and this includes good wines, all allowing the occasion to flow from beginning to end.
