A celebration of new beginnings. Easter time is the perfect occasion to enjoy the first fruits of the new year with family, neighbours and friends. Spring lamb, purple sprouting broccoli, wild garlic, peas, spring leafy greens, young cheese, and of course, chocolate. Let’s not forget about the colourful and scented flowers like daffodils and tulips.

We love cookbooks. We never get tired of flipping through the pages. Getting inspired by admiring the photography and the design details, and reading the stories about how a recipe was created. Most of all, we like how a cookbook can make us hungry!
